Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, enroll in our programs, or otherwise interact with us online (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

  1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide directly:

  • Name, email address, mailing address, and phone number
  • Payment and billing information (processed by our third-party payment processor; see Section 6)
  • Account credentials (username and password)
  • Responses to quizzes, assessments, or forms
  • Personal History Information (defined in Section 2), if you choose to provide it
  • Any content you voluntarily post in community forums, comments, or messages

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring/exit URLs
  • Cookie and tracking data (see Section 5)

We collect this information when you register an account, enroll in or purchase a program, subscribe to our email list, complete a form, participate in a community feature, or otherwise interact with the Site.

  1. PERSONAL HISTORY INFORMATION

In connection with our programs, you may have the opportunity — but never the obligation — to share information relating to your personal history, wellness, and recovery-related concerns (“Personal History Information”). This may include information about past or current substance use, behavioral patterns, or related personal circumstances.

This information is not medical in nature. It is provided by you for your own use within the program. It is not a medical record, is not reviewed by a licensed clinician as part of your use of the Site, and is not used to diagnose or treat any condition. We are not a healthcare provider and do not render medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Under Texas law, certain categories of self-disclosed information — including information revealing a health condition — are treated as “sensitive data” regardless of the context in which they are shared. Because of this, we will ask for your separate, explicit consent before collecting any Personal History Information, distinct from your general acceptance of this Policy or our Terms of Use. Declining to provide Personal History Information will not prevent you from accessing the core program.

How we use Personal History Information:

  • To personalize your experience within the program
  • To allow you to track your own progress, if the program includes that feature
  • In de-identified, aggregated form (“Aggregate Information”), to analyze overall engagement and trends among users of the Site, and to improve our programs and content

We do not sell Personal History Information. We do not share identifiable Personal History Information with third parties except: (a) as necessary to operate the Site (e.g., hosting providers bound by confidentiality obligations), (b) where you have voluntarily shared it in a public or community area of the Site, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) with your explicit direction.

Aggregate Information is anonymized and does not allow for re-identification of any individual.

  1. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and maintain your account
  • Process payments and fulfill orders
  • Respond to customer service requests and inquiries
  • Send transactional communications (e.g., order confirmations, account notices)
  • Send marketing communications, where you have not opted out (see Section 8)
  • Personalize content and program recommendations
  • Maintain, secure, and improve the Site
  • Comply with legal obligations
  1. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS (TEXAS RESIDENTS)

If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) gives you the right to:

  • Confirm whether we are processing your personal data
  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal data
  • Delete personal data we have collected about you
  • Obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable, readily usable format
  • Opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11. We will respond to your request within forty-five (45) days. If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us at the same address; we will respond to your appeal within sixty (60) days.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

If you are a resident of a different state with its own data privacy law, you may have similar rights under that state’s law; contact us and we will address your request accordingly.

  1. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you logged in and remember items in your cart
  • Remember your preferences across visits
  • Understand how visitors use the Site, so we can improve it
  • Measure the effectiveness of our marketing

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Doing so may affect the functionality of certain features, but you will still be able to browse the Site and place orders.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, we do not currently change our data collection practices when we detect a Do Not Track signal.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We work with third-party service providers to operate the Site, including:

  • A payment processor, to securely process transactions (we do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers)
  • An email service provider, to send transactional and marketing communications
  • A web hosting provider
  • Analytics providers, to help us understand Site usage

These providers may access personal information only as necessary to perform their functions on our behalf, and are contractually obligated to protect it and use it only for the purposes we specify.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

  1. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

  1. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS (CAN-SPAM)

If you provide your email address, we may use it to send order-related communications, respond to inquiries, and — unless you opt out — marketing communications about our programs and related content.

In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, we:

  • Do not use false or misleading subject lines or sender information
  • Identify marketing messages as advertisements where applicable
  • Include our physical business address in marketing emails
  • Honor opt-out requests promptly
  • Provide an unsubscribe link in every marketing email

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by contacting us using the information in Section 11. We will process unsubscribe requests promptly.

  1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY (COPPA)

The Site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 11.

Use of the Site requires that you be at least 18 years of age.

  1. DATA SECURITY AND BREACH NOTIFICATION

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption of sensitive data in transit (via SSL/TLS), restricted internal access, and regular monitoring for security vulnerabilities. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period thereafter as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you without unreasonable delay and in accordance with applicable Texas and federal law.

  1. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date above, and where appropriate, we will provide additional notice (such as by email or a notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
